19 Sep Thank you
We feel it is appropriate for our first company blog post to be a “Thank you” to everyone who has assisted with the substantial growth we have seen over the last three years at Fuse3 Solutions.
For starters, we couldn’t have done it without the support of family, friends, and ultimately The Big Man Upstairs. Ryan and I both feel blessed by the support group we have surrounding us, providing encouragement, wisdom, assistance, and, at times, a little patience. There’s a lot that goes into a startup, and without the support and prayers from those around us and God above, we wouldn’t be where we are today.
Secondly, we owe a huge “thank you” to the owners, hiring managers, HR personnel, and candidates who have given us an opportunity to work with them. Most of you we were able to help. Regardless, we hope you recognize our true passion for helping you find the right fit for your organization or supporting you while you take the next step in your career, and the market intelligence and staffing expertise we are able to provide.
Third, we owe a big thank you to our employees. Your hard work and dedication coupled with your fresh perspective have definitely contributed to our growth. Every one of you have “The Grit Factor” and bring it day in and day out. Additionally, each of you have contributed to making this a fun place to work. I think it’s safe to say none of us dread Monday mornings thanks to the camaraderie that you have helped create here at Fuse3 Solutions.
Last but not least, we need to thank our affiliate companies that help us with the ancillary responsibilities of owning a business. With your help, you allow us to focus on what we do best- staffing, recruiting and job placement services.
Fortunately, our support group is so large it would take an immensely long post to individually list all of the companies, associates, and individuals who have contributed to our success. Ryan and I recognize how fortunate we are to be surrounded by this group and how fortunate we are to have found a career and line of business that we have such a passion for.
Ryan, myself, and the rest of the Fuse3 Solutions team look forward to continuing to do our part in helping Oklahoma companies, business units, and candidates succeed and grow. We thank everyone who has contributed to our success and extend an advanced “thank you” to those who will be contributing to our future.
