Fuse3 Solutions is privately and locally owned, and our company, ownership, and employees all reside in Oklahoma. We were founded in 2013 by Ryan Albee and Adam Giddens, business partners and Oklahoma City metro residents who are proud to have been born and raised in our state.
As Oklahoma City family and neighbors, we have a vested interest in the success of the clients and candidates we serve. Since we aren’t publicly-owned or private equity-owned like many of our competitors, we don’t have to answer to shareholders and investors. We take a different approach to staffing, answering to our job seekers and employer clients, and we always focus on doing what is in your best interest.

Contrary to belief, Fuse3 Solutions wasn’t an elaborate plan that was thought-out over a long-term period. I took a leap of faith, Adam and I made some great hires and, luckily, we had some early success that propelled us to where we are today.

“Do Your Best in Everything You Do” -It’s a simple quote, but a trait that my parents taught me at an early age. It didn’t matter if it was schoolwork, playing a sport, or something as simple as sweeping a sidewalk, always giving my all has proven beneficial. And, when I fail I have no regrets knowing I gave 100%.

This quote is so true in personal life and especially in the recruiting business. Everybody wants to feel valued and appreciated. How easy is it to smile and say something nice to somebody? You never know how that could change their day/life.

What’s the most unexpectedly wonderful compliment anyone has ever paid you?
I had a teacher in high school tell me that I was an “acquired taste, that’s a good thing”, meaning I have a big personality and not everyone is going to love me initially, but it leaves more for those that do. This is something I’ve carried with me since I was a teenager. The older you get, you realize that you might not be for everyone, as everyone isn’t for you, but you learn to love yourself for who you are, no matter what anyone else thinks!
Favorite quote?
One of my favorites is: “If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again.” Though this is a well-known quote, it’s one that was very common in my house growing up. Anytime we failed at anything, my dad would repeat this to us over and over. As you become an adult and learn to navigate your life personally and professionally, this becomes a mindset to live by – if you want to find success, you have to fail, pick yourself up, and try, try again!

Audrey Hepburn has been a hero of mine ever since I was a little girl. Not only for her beauty and natural talent, but for her advocacy for people across the globe. Audrey encapsulates everything I hope to be. She was kind, graceful, generous and a true humanitarian.
If a movie were made about your life, what genre would it be and who would play you?
Definitely a 90s or early 00’s inspired rom com. I’m torn on who would play me as I love both Meg Ryan and Julia Roberts. However, if I did have to choose, I’d have to go with my dog’s namesake, Julia.

For our wedding, my mom collected recipes from family and friends & compiled them into a recipe book. It’s one of my most prized possessions.

Probably hosting a talk show. I love getting to know people and sometimes come off very interview-ish. Everyone’s story is unique to them and there’s so many things you can learn from a single person.

I wish I could read minds, mostly so I would never have to pick a place to eat.

I keep a Warren Cat Construction toy on my desk or in my drawer all the time. It was my first job out of college and I have it as a reminder of the things I learned and how far I’ve come.
What’s something on your bucket list?
Most of my bucket list involves traveling. I want to spend a few weeks in Italy and do a wine tour. As a bonus, I want to eat a grape right off the vine!
Best gift you’ve ever gotten?
My grandma couldn’t attend my college graduation, but she mailed me her gift. It was an old bible she had been using over the past years. She filled it with notes in the margins, highlighted portions and pieces of paper tucked in between the pages. I love having tid bits of her advice and wisdom at my fingertips.

The ability to teleport! I LOVE traveling and there’s so many places I would love to visit in my lifetime without the long travel times!
